摘　　要：从媒体融合发展理念入手,分析了媒体融合发展大背景下高校档案工作面临的新环境和挑战,提出了该理念对高校档案专业人员提出的新要求,初步探析了在媒体融合发展环境下高校档案管理工作的一般规律。Starting with the concept of media integration development,this paper analyzes the new environment and challenges faced by college archives work under the background of media integration development,puts forward the new requirements of the concept for college archives professionals,and preliminarily explores the general rules of college archives management work under the environment of media integration development.
