从重藏轻用到管用并重:档案工作以人为本的发展轨迹——以改革开放40年华南农业大学人事档案发展为例

摘　　要：在以人为本,办人民满意的高等教育理念指导下,高校人事档案工作随着高等教育一起实现了新的历史跨越。本文以华南农业大学为例,阐述人事档案工作以人为本、科学管理的历史转变进程:从封闭保守到扩大开放;从分散保管到集约管理;从信息边缘到精品打造;从单一功能到多元拓展;从严格保密到开放服务;从保管员到通才培养等等。Under the guidance of concept of being people-oriented and conducting people-satisfying higher education,the personnel archival work of colleges and universities has achieved a new historical leap along with higher education.Taking South China Agricultural University as an example,this paper describes the historical transformation process of people-oriented and scientific management of personnel archives:from closeness and conservativeness to expansion and openness;from decentralized custody to intensive management;from the edge of information to the creation of fine products;from a single function to diversified expansion;from strict confidentiality to open service;from custodian to generalist training and so on.
