摘　　要：医疗保障是一项重大的民生工程,关乎着民心所向,同时也事关苏维埃政权的生死存亡。中国共产党秉承"真心实意为群众谋利益"的宗旨,肩负起保障苏区军民健康的崇高使命,在生产力落后,医药资源极度匮乏的条件下,大力发展医疗保障工作,积极寻求保障措施,建立保障制度,完善保障体系。这种医疗保障思想在中国革命战争中起着不可替代的重要作用,是保持红军和延安十三年发展的重要支撑力量。Health care security is a major livelihood project that is the common aspiration of people and is closely related to the life and death of the Soviet regime.The Communist Party of China upholds the tenet of"seeking for the benefit of people wholeheartedly",shoulders the noble mission of protecting the health of the military and civilians in the Soviet area,and under the conditions of backward productivity and extreme lack of medical resources,vigorously develops health care security work,actively seeks security measures,and establishes a security system to improve the security system.This kind of health care security thought plays an important and irreplaceable role in the Chinese Revolutionary War and is an important supporting force to maintain the development of the Red Army and Yan'an for 13 years.
