摘 要:结构胶合板经甲基氯异噻唑啉酮和甲基异噻唑啉酮(CMIT/MIT)与三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂(MFU)复配体系防霉处理后,胶合板试样的防霉级别可以到达0级(强防霉级),防霉性能显著提高。测试发现,CMIT/MIT与MUF树脂复配后,CMIT/MIT的抗流失性能提高近10倍,防霉剂的抗流失性显著提高。After the structural plywood is treated with methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone(CMIT/MIT) and melamine urea-formaldehyde resin(MFU),the mildew resistance level of the plywood sample can reach level 0(Strong anti-mildew class),the anti-mildew performance has been significantly improved.The results show that with the mixing of CMIT/MIT and MUF resin,the anti-leak performance of CMIT/MIT was improved by nearly 10 times,and the property of antileakage of the anti-mold agent was significantly improved.
