摘 要:分析不同变量(如朝向、形状和楼层数)下的木结构住宅建筑能耗情况,通过控制变量的方法研究各因素对总功耗的影响。通过选择合适的仿真软件,即Design builder,构建模型,研究各参数对严寒地区木结构能耗的影响,结果表明木结构住宅的最佳选择为方形建筑,建筑朝向应向南西侧,中高层建筑可能优于传统的一、二层建筑。The purpose of this paper is to analyze the energy consumption of wood-frame residential buildings with different variables, such as orientation, shape and number of floors. By controlling variables, the influence of each side on the total power consumption is studied. By selecting the appropriate simulation software, namely Design builder, the model was built to study the influence of various parameters on the energy consumption of wood structure in cold region. The results show that the best choice of the wooden structure house is the square building, the orientation of the building should be to the south and west, and the middle and high rise buildings may be better than the traditional first and two story buildings.
