预制混凝土外墙挂板安装施工技术研究

摘　　要：目前,国内建筑产业化已开始推广,其中装配式建筑以内镶式装配式构件为主,且已开始于大量工程应用。但单一的内镶式装配式构件不能满足所有功能及需要,故外挂连接形式的装配式构件有非常大的推广空间。在北京住总国家住宅产业化基地6号办公研发楼中,清水混凝土外挂墙板采用独立结构安全设计、抗震设计及装饰设计。施工时,既有效控制预制构件生产质量、结构施工质量、结构预埋施工质量,又严格控制承重托座的位置偏差和连接角钢的定位精准,对构件的生产成品质量也提出更高的要求。因此,针对该工程中外挂墙板吊装施工进行研究,为类似工程提供借鉴。Domestic promotion of architectural industrialization is underway and interior embedded assembly members are main material for assembly building and have been widely used in projects. Single interior embedded assembly member could not satisfy all functional requirements, so exterior assembly cladding members have a wide application opportunity. Plain concrete exterior wall cladding adopts independent structure safety design, aseismic design and decoration design. During construction, not only the production quality of precast components, structure quality and pre-embedded structure quality shall be effectively controlled, but also the position deviation of bearing bracket and accurate positioning of angle steel shall be strictly controlled, having higher requirements for the quality finished structural components. Therefore, this paper gave a study on the lifting construction of exterior wall cladding, to provide references for similar projects.
