摘 要:针对大跨悬挑桁架层施工过程复杂的问题,以横琴保利广场大悬挑桁架转换层为研究对象,采用施工模拟技术对其安装和卸载过程展开方案优选研究,悬挑桁架转换层安装采用分区整榀安装和散拼安装2种方式,支撑胎架卸载采用同时一次卸载、分区一次卸载、同时多次卸载、分区多次卸载4种方式,基于Midas软件分别对不同加载和卸载方案进行施工模拟分析,结果表明悬挑桁架转换层安装采用散拼安装方式有利于降低构件内力和控制竖向位移变形,支撑胎架分步多次卸载方案对结构构件内力和位移的控制优于一次卸载方案,卸载方案对结构内力的影响与卸载分步与否有关、与分区与否关系不大,悬臂桁架竖向累积位移主要集中在四个角部和跨中部位。According to the complex construction process of long-span cantilevered truss story,the long-span cantilevered truss transfer story of Hengqin Poly International Plaza was considered.Optimization of installation and unloading schemes adopted construction simulation was conducted.The installation schemes include installation with integrated and assembled separately,and the unloading schemes of support bracket include unloading with one-step at the same time,multi-step at the same time,one-step in partition and multi-step in partition.Construction simulation analysis of different loading and unloading schemes were carried out with MIDAS software.The results shown that the component internal force and vertical deformation were decreased with the cantilevered truss transfer story adopted installation scheme with assembled separately.The internal force and displacement control effects of unloading scheme with multi-step in partition were superior to that of unloading scheme with one-step at the same time.The influence of unloading scheme on the structure internal force was related to the unloading steps,but not the partitions.The cumulative vertical displacement mainly concentrated on the corners and middle span parts.
