摘　　要：从实际防水工程施工切入阐述施工组织与制度保障、施工技术准备、墙体混凝土材料控制、施工缝与穿墙管等防水薄弱点的处理、防水层与防水保护层以及肥槽回填土等重点施工质量控制环节,以提升地下室外墙防水施工质量,避免渗漏水问题的发生。Starting from the actual construction on site,this paper expounds a series of key links of construction quality control,such as construction organization and system guarantee,construction technology preparation,wall concrete material control,treatment of waterproof weak points such as construction joints and wall-piercing pipes,waterproof layer and waterproof protective layer,and backfilling soil,in order to improve waterproofing construction quality of basement exterior wall,to avoid leakage.
