摘　　要：目的研究痰湿内阻证阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者面部阳跷脉红外热成像特征。方法收集2018年9月~2019年5月浙江省丽水市中医院呼吸内科收治的痰湿内阻证OSAHS患者60例作为观察组,另选同期60名健康成年人作为对照组,对两组受试者采用红外热成像技术测量面部阳跷脉穴温度,并进行数据分析。结果观察组面部阳跷脉循行穴位(双侧地仓、巨髎、睛明、攒竹、眉冲穴)温度值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组睛明-眉冲线的最高温度、最低温度、平均温度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论痰湿内阻证OSAHS患者面部阳跷脉红外皮温呈高温改变且具有特异性,为中医理论及疾病诊疗提供可视化科学依据。Objective To study the infrared thermal imaging characteristics of Yang Heel Channel in the face of obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome(OSAHS)patients with syndrome of internal blockade of phlegm dampness.Methods Sixty cases of OSAHS patients with syndrome of internal blockade of phlegm dampness treated in Department of Pulmonary Disease,Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to May 2019 were collected as observation group.60 healthy adults were selected as normal control group in the same period.Infrared thermal imaging was performed in two groups.The temperature of Yang Heel Channel acupoint on patients′faces was measured and data analysis was carried out.Results Temperature values of Yang Heel Channel acupoint on patients′faces of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The highest temperature,the lowest temperature and the average temperature of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared skin temperature of Yang Heel Channel on patients′faces in OSAHS with syndrome of internal blockade of phlegm dampness changes with high temperature and specificity,which provides a visual scientific basis for traditional Chinese medicine theory and disease diagnosis and treatment.
