摘  要:目的:将螺旋CT与MRI扫描用于强直性骶髂关节炎诊断中,对其临床价值进行比较。方法:选取2017年7月—2018年8月收治的102例强直性骶髂关节炎患者进行研究,所有患者均行螺旋CT及MRI扫描,对两组检查结果进行分析比较。结果:两种诊断方式确诊率均较高,但MRI确诊率97.06%与螺旋CT90.20%相比,相对更高(P<0.05),MRI误诊率、漏诊率分别为0.98%、1.96%,与螺旋CT3.92%、5.88%相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);MRI对0级检出率为9.80%,与螺旋CT2.94%相比更高(P<0.05),MRI对Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级检出率均高于螺旋CT,但两种诊断方式相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:螺旋CT与MRI扫描在强直性骶髂关节诊断及分级判断中均有较高确诊率,但MRI确诊率相对更高,临床应用价值更高,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical value of spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of ankylosing sacroiliac arthritis.Methods 102 patients with ankylosing sacroiliac arthritis from July 2017 to August 2018 were studied.All patients were scanned with spiral CT and MRI,and the results of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The diagnostic rate of the two methods was higher,but the diagnostic rate of MRI was 97.06%,which was higher than that of spiral CT(90.20%)(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of MRI were 0.98%and 1.96%,respectively,which were not significantly different from that of spiral CT(3.92%and 5.88%)(P>0.05).The detection rate of MRI was 9.80%,which was higher than that of spiral CT(90.20%)The detection rate of MRI in grade I,II,III and IV was higher than that of spiral CT,but there was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT and MRI scan have a high diagnosis rate in the diagnosis and grading judgment of ankylosing sacroiliac joint,but MRI diagnosis rate is relatively higher,the clinical application value is higher,it is worth popularizing.
