个性化护理对支气管肺炎患儿睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理在改善支气管肺炎患者心理状态、睡眠质量、肺功能中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年6月安徽蚌埠市第一人民医院儿科收治的支气管肺炎患儿60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组实施个性化护理,对照组实施常规护理,观察2组心理状态、睡眠质量、肺功能。结果:护理前2组VC、MVV、FLV1,PSQI评分,SDS、SAS比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组VC、MVV、FLV1均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组PSQI评分,SDS、SAS均显著均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理可明显改善支气管肺炎患儿负性情绪,提升睡眠质量和肺功能,值得进行广泛推广。Objective:To explore the application value of personalized nursing in improving the mental state,sleep quality and lung function of patients with bronchopneumonia.Methods:A Total of 60 cases of children with bronchopneumonia in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into routine group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).The experimental group to implement personalized nursing,routine nursing,observation of the two groups of psychological state,sleep quality,lung function.Results:There was no significant difference in VC,MVV,FLV1,PSQI score,SDS,SAS between the first two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,VC,MVV and FLV1 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and PSQI scores,SDS and SAS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing can significantly improve the negative emotions of children with bronchopneumonia,improve sleep quality and lung function,it is worthy of extensive promotion.
