探讨袋鼠式护理配合婴儿抚触对新生儿睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析袋鼠式护理配合婴儿抚触对新生儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1—6月威海市立医院收治的新生儿100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。2组均接受常规护理,观察组增加袋鼠式护理和婴儿抚触护理。比较睡眠质量、神经功能发育情况。结果:出生第3 d,满月时的睡眠时间比较,观察组新生儿更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);睡眠质量观察组更高,神经功能测评结果比较,观察组分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿进行袋鼠式护理和婴儿抚触护理有利于睡眠质量的提高和神经功能的发育,效果理想。Objective:To analyze the influence of kangaroo nursing and infant touch on sleep quality of newborn.Methods:A total of 100 newborns admitted to weihai municipal hospital from January to June 2019.19 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received routine nursing,while the observation group received kangaroo nursing and baby touch nursing.Sleep quality and neurological development were compared.Results:On the 3rd day of birth,compared with the sleeping time at the full moon,the newborns in the observation group were longer,the sleep quality in the observation group was higher,and the score of neurological function assessment results in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangaroo nursing and baby touch nursing are beneficial to the improvement of sleep quality and the development of nerve function.
