音乐背景下开展爱抚按摩对新生儿啼哭和睡眠的效果

摘　　要：目的:探析新生儿在音乐背景下开展爱抚按摩对改善啼哭以及睡眠的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月安徽医科大学第一附属医院新生儿科收治的新生儿110例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在音乐背景下开展爱抚按摩,比较2组护理效果。结果:观察组新生儿干预后的啼哭时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿睡眠时间在干预后明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:音乐背景下开展爱抚按摩对减少啼哭与改善睡眠有着促进的作用。Objective:To analyze the effect of neonatal care massage on improving the crying and sleep in the background of music.Methods:A Total of 110 newborns admitted to the neonatology department of our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The observation group carried out caress massage in the music background and compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:The crying time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep time of the newborns in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The caress massage in the context of music has a positive effect on reducing crying and improving sleep.
