强化术前心理疏导对择期剖宫产产妇产前睡眠及生命质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究与分析强化术前心理疏导对择期剖宫产产妇产前睡眠及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年5月沈阳市大东区人民医院收治的择期剖宫产产妇90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组进行常规术前心理疏导,观察组进行强化术前心理疏导,比较2组疏导前后的睡眠质量(AIS量表)及生命质量(WHOQOL-BREF量表)评分。结果:疏导前2组的AIS量表评分及WHOQOL-BREF量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疏导后2组的评分显著优于疏导前,且观察组疏导后的评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化术前心理疏导可更为有效地改善择期剖宫产产妇产前睡眠及生命质量,在择期剖宫产产妇中的应用价值较高。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of enhanced preoperative psychological counseling on prenatal sleep and quality of life in elective cesarean sections.Methods:90 cases of elective cesarean sections from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional preoperative psychological grooming,while the observation group received intensive preoperative psychological grooming.The sleep quality(AIS scale)and quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF scale)scores before and after grooming were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in AIS score and WHOQOL-BREF score between the two groups before dredging(P>0.05).The score of the two groups after dredging was significantly better than that before dredging;the score of the observation group after dredging was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Strengthening preoperative psychological counseling can improve the prenatal sleep and quality of life of elective cesarean section more effectively,and its application value is higher in elective cesarean section.
