双果喉乐汤局部喷雾缓解全身麻醉插管患者术后咽痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨双果喉乐汤局部喷雾缓解全身麻醉插管患者术后咽痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年8月中山市中医院收治的行全身麻醉插管的患者140例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。对照组患者采用温开水局部喷雾,观察组患者采用双果喉乐汤局部喷雾。比较两组患者咽部不适发生情况、症状改善时间、咽痛程度视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及不良反应发生情况的差异。结果:观察组患者咽部不适发生率为5.71%(4/70),明显低于对照组的17.14%(12/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者咽部疼痛、声音嘶哑及吞咽痛改善时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后30 min、6 h、12 h和24 h,观察组患者咽痛程度VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在观察期间均未见不良反应发生。结论:双果喉乐汤局部喷雾缓解全身麻醉插管患者术后咽痛的临床疗效良好,能有效降低患者咽部不适发生率,显著缩短咽部不适症状改善时间,改善咽痛程度,缓解术后咽痛症状。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Shuangguo Houle decoction in relieving posto-perative sore throat after intubation in general anesthesia.METHODS:Totally 140 patients with intubation in general anesthesia in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Aug.2018 to Aug.2019 were extracted to be divided into the observation group and the control group via the random number table,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local spray of warm water,while the observation group received local spray of Shuangguo Houle decoction.Pharyngeal discomfort,improvement time of symptoms,visual analogue scale(VAS)of sore throat and occurrence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared.RESULTS:The incidence of pharyngeal discomfort in the observation group was 5.71%(4/70),significantly lower than 17.14%(12/70)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of sore throat,hoarseness and swallowing pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention of 30 min,6 h,12 h and 24 h,VAS of pharyngeal pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No adverse drug reactions were observed in two groups.CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy of Shuangguo Houle decoction in relieving postoperative sore throat after intubation in general anesthesia is remarkable,which can effectively reduce the incidence of pharyngeal discomfort,significantly shorten the duration of symptoms,improve the degree of sore throat,and relieve postoperative symptoms of sore throat.
