摘　　要：核苷类药物阿扎胞苷和地西他滨目前被用于治疗急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)和骨髓增生异常综合征(myelodysplastic syndrome,MDS),不仅适合于高强度的化疗,也应用于其余血液系统肿瘤和实体肿瘤。本文着重于讨论目前以核苷类药物阿扎胞苷和地西他滨为基础的治疗方案的成熟性问题,筛选、综述了超过10年的阿扎胞苷和地西他滨临床实践经验并探讨其分子学机制,以期为今后的临床研究提供依据。Azacytidine and desitabine are currently used in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia(AML)and myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS),not only for high-intensity chemotherapy but for tumors of the rest of the blood system and solid tumors.This paper focuses on the maturity of current treatment regimens based on azacytidine and descitabine,screens and reviews the clinical practice of azacytidine and descitabine for more than 10 years,and discusses the molecular mechanisms,so as to provide basis for future clinical research.
