摘  要:目的减少新型冠状病毒核酸检测的假阴性结果。方法对2例新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者给予口服乙酰半胱氨酸诱导排痰,收集痰标本,采用荧光定量反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测病毒核酸。结果病例1中5次咽拭子标本病毒核酸检测结果均为阴性,痰标本4次阴性、1次阳性;病例2中11次咽拭子标本病毒核酸检测结果均为阴性,痰标本5次阴性、6次阳性/可疑。结论与咽拭子采集标本比较,以乙酰半胱氨酸口服诱导排痰采集痰标本可明显减少病毒核酸检测结果的“假阴性”,避免出院患者病毒核酸“复阳”现象的发生。Objective To reduce the false-negative results of nucleic acid testing(NAT)of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Methods Two patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)were treated with oral administration of acetylcysteine to induce sputum excretion.Sputum specimens were collected and SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid was detected by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results In the first case,t he NAT results of SARS-CoV-2 in 5 pharyngeal swab specimens were all negative,while the NAT results of SARS-CoV-2 in sputum specimens were negative for 4 times,positive for once.In the second case,the NAT results of SARS-CoV-2 in 11 pharyngeal swab specimens were all negative,while the NAT results of SARS-CoV-2 in sputum specimens were negative for 5 times,positive/suspicious for 6 times.Conclusion Compared with the pharyngeal swab specimens,the sputum specimens collected by oral administration of acetylcysteine can significantly reduce the false-negative of virus NAT results and avoid the virus NAT results of discharged patients become positive again.
