摘  要:针对南海油田砂泥岩地层钻井中面临井壁坍塌、遇阻、压力梯度变化大、井底高温等钻井液技术难题,通过筛选抗高温抗盐关键处理剂和配伍性优化,构建了密度可调(1.3g/cm3~1.9g/cm3可调)抗高温水基钻井液体系。室内评价结果表明,该体系185℃下耐温达72h以上,页岩清水回收率由2.20%提高到89.00%以上,1.9g/cm3时润滑系数为0.095、仍然小于0.1,渗透率恢复值大于86%。在南海油田应用结果表明,该高温水基钻井液体系高温下流变、滤失性稳定,润滑性好,抑制防塌性强,有效解决了泥岩与砂岩不等厚互层等复杂问题,且储层保护效果优良,满足了南海油田钻井的需要。In view of the technical problems of drilling fluid such as wall collapse, resistance, pressure gradient variation and high temperature at bottom of well in sand and mudstone formation drilling in Nanhai Oilfield, a high-temperature water-based drilling fluid system with a wide aperture density(adjustable from 1.3 g/cm3 to 1.9 g/cm3) was developed by screening key anti-high temperature and salt-resistant treatment agents and compatibility optimization. The indoor evaluation results show that the system has a temperature resistance of more than 72 h at 185° C, the recovery rate of shale water is increased from2.20% to 89.00%, and the lubrication coefficient at 1.9 g/cm3 is 0.095, still less than 0.1, its permeability recovery value is greater than 86%. The application results in Nanhai Oilfield show that the high temperature water-based drilling fluid system has high rheology, stable fluidity, good lubricity, strong anti-collapse, and effectively solves complex problems such as mudstone and sandstone unequal thickness interbeds. The layer protection effect is excellent, which satisfies the needs of drilling in the South China Oilfield.
