摘 要:在水电解设备工作时,碱液充满电解小室,水在电解作用下生成氢气和氧气。如果碱液不能充满腔室,会增大极板间电阻,从而增加能耗。因为碱液在各个小室内的分配受电解槽内碱液流量和碱液流道结构的影响。通过数值模拟的方式,探讨了几种不同碱液流量工况和碱液通道结构下,电解槽内的气液流动和碱液分配状况。分别模拟了电解槽正常工况、碱液量增大10倍、电解槽碱液流道面积增大、电解槽碱液流道面积减小等4种情况。通过对模拟计算结果的分析,认为在合理的范围内减小碱液通道的面积,适当提高碱液流速,是改善碱液在各个通道平均分配情况的可行思路。When the water electrolysis equipment is working, the alkali solution fills the electrolysis cell, and the water generates hydrogen and oxygen under the electrolysis. If the alkali solution can not fill the chamber, the resistance between plates will be increased, thus increasing energy consumption. Because the distribution of lye in each cell is affected by the flow rate of lye in the cell and the structure of lye channel, this paper discusses the flow of gas and liquid and the distribution of lye in the cell under several different flow conditions and the structure of lye channel by means of numerical simulation. In this paper,the normal working condition of the electrolyzer, the increase of the amount of lye, the increase of the area of the channel of lye in the electrolyzer and the decrease of the area of the channel of lye in the electrolyzer are simulated. Based on the analysis of the simulation results, this paper considers that reducing the area of lye channel in a reasonable range and increasing the flow rate of lye appropriately is a feasible way to improve the average distribution of lye in each channel.
