摘  要:在玻碳电极基底上,采用两步电化学聚合法制备了一种聚谷氨酰胺/含钬离子杂金属氰桥配位聚合物复合修饰电极(Poly(L-glutamine)/Ho(III)-Fe(III)-WO42-CyHMCP/GCE)。以此复合修饰电极为工作电极,用示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了叶酸的直接电化学氧化行为。结果表明:此复合修饰电极对叶酸的直接电氧化反应呈现出优异的协同电催化活性,叶酸的氧化峰电流值与其浓度在5.00~600μmol·L-1的范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Ip(μA)=-0.04017+0.01159 CFA(μmol·L-1),R2=0.9994,检出限(LOD)为2.00μmol·L-1(S/N=3)。由此建立一种直接、快速测定实际试样中叶酸含量的新方法。以此方法对几种叶酸药剂片中叶酸含量测定,加标回收率达到95.9%~108.7%,测定结果令人满意.on the substrate of glassy carbon electrode, a polyglutamamide/complex modified electrode(Poly)/Ho(III)-Fe(III)-containing heterometallic cyanine-bridged coordination polymer was prepared by two-step electrochemical polymerization-WO42-Cy HMCP/GCE). Direct electrochemical oxidation of folic acid was studied by means of differential pulse voltammetry(DPV). The results showed that the combined modified electrode showed excellent synergistic electrocatalytic activity for the direct electrooxidation of folic acid, and the oxidation peak current of folic acid showed a good linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 5.00~600μmol·L-1. The linear regression equation was Ip(μA) =-0.04017. CFA 0.01159( μmol·L-1), R2=0. The detection limit( LOD) was 2.00μmol·L-1( S/N =3). A new method for direct and rapid determination of folic acid content in real samples was established. By this method, the folate content in several kinds of folic acid tablets was determined, and the recovery rate reached 95.9%~108.7%.
