摘　　要：从提高电极糊质量、加强电极管理、加强电石炉工艺操作管理、加强生产技术管理四个方面分析了降低电石炉电极糊消耗的措施,对电石生产系统的安稳长满优运行起着重要作用。This paper analyzes the measures to reduce the electrode paste and the consumption of calcium carbide furnace from four aspects: improving the quality of electrode paste and the management of electrode, strengthening the operation management of Calcium Carbide furnace and strengthening the management of production technology, it plays an important role in the smooth and stable operation of calcium carbide production system.
