摘  要:笔者研究了稀土元素、贵金属铂以及铝元素掺杂改性SO4^2-/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂的制备。通过改变制备条件,获得各类PSZ、PSZA催化剂。分析催化剂的反应条件对正己烷异构化反应活性的影响。引入其他金属元素克服SZ催化剂容易失活和酸性强度不够的缺点。实验结果表明:当铝含量为3%时,显著提高了催化剂的异构化活性;硫酸化后的Zr(OH)2再挤条添加铝元素的方法可提高PSZ催化剂异构化活性;稀土元素的引入虽增加了催化剂的酸中心数量,并不能改善PSZ催化剂的异构化活性;铂以金属态附着在催化剂表面可增强催化剂的活性。催化剂放置时间为5 d,活化温度为350℃时,可保持催化剂适量吸附水的存在,从而具有较高的异构化活性。In this paper,the preparation of rare earth,precious metal platinum and aluminum doped SO4^2-/ZrO2 solid superacid catalysts was studied.Various kinds of PSZ,PSZA catalysts were obtained by changing the preparation conditions.The effect of reaction conditions on the activity of n-hexane isomerization was analyzed.Other metal elements were introduced to overcome the disadvantages of SZ catalyst deactivation and insufficient acid strength.The results showed that the isomerization activity of the catalyst was improved significantly when the Al content was 3 wt%.The isomerization activity of Zr(OH)2 catalyst can be improved by adding Al element into the sulfated Zr(OH)2 reextruded strip.Rare earth Although the addition of elements can increase the number of acid sites in the catalyst,it can not improve the isomerization activity of the PSZ catalyst,and the adsorption of Pt on the surface of the catalyst in the metal state can enhance the activity of the catalyst.When the catalyst was placed for 5 days and the activation temperature was 350℃,the presence of suitable amount of adsorbed water could be maintained,which resulted in higher isomerization activity.
