摘  要:笔者以H3BO3为硼源,葡萄糖为碳源,草酸为成胶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法,通过ZrOCl2溶液制备硼化锆前驱体。采用还原反应法,分别在气氛炉中和微波炉中合成硼化锆,探讨不同温度和时间对合成粉体的影响,用XRD、SEM和EDS等分析方法对粉体进行了表征。实验结果表明,在气氛炉烧结过程中,当反应原料中Zr、B、C元素的比例为1∶4∶25时可得到高纯度和纳米级的硼化锆。在微波加热合成ZrB2粉体的过程中,通过不同功率和烧结时间,在埋碳粉和微波介质的作用下进行,但未得到理想的ZrB2粉体,其原因可能是烧结温度未达到ZrB2合成的反应温度或是ZrB2在烧结的过程中被氧化。By boracic acid as boron source,glucose as carbon source,oxalic acid as gelling agent,using Sol-Gel method prepare zirconium diboride precursors in Oxygen chlorinated zirconium aqueous solution.Using reduction reaction method compose zirconium diboride in the in the atmosphere furnace and in the Microwave oven,discussion on the effect of different temperatures and at different times on the synthesis of powders,the characterization of the powder by XRD,SEM and EDS analysis method.Experimental results show that,in the atmosphere in the furnace during sintering process,when the reaction material ratio of the elements Zr,B,C is 1∶4∶25,the sample is higher purity and nano-zirconium diboride.In the process of microwave heating synthesis ZrB2 powders,Reaction is occurring in buried carbon powder and Microwave medium,by different power and different sintering time.But this way has not got the ideal ZrB2 powders,its causes may is sintering temperature is not reached the reaction temperature of ZrB2 synthesis or in the process of sintering ZrB2 was oxidation.
