摘　　要：在阐述高校图书馆开展知识产权素养教育的重要性并分析其实践现状的基础上,构建高校图书馆知识产权素养教育体系,并提出高校图书馆知识产权素养教育实施策略,包括开展用户知识产权素养教育需求调查,联合馆外机构共同开展知识产权素养教育,注重开展面向高校图书馆员的知识产权素养教育,重视知识产权素养课程教学,丰富知识产权素养教育形式,注重知识产权素养教育考核及效果评价。Based on the elaboration of the importance and practice of intellectual property literacy education in university libraries,this paper builts the intellectual property literacy education system and puts forward implementation strategies in university libraries,including:carry out user intellectual property literacy education demand investigation,joint pavilion in outside agencies for intellectual property literacy education,pay attention to intellectual property literacy education for university librarians,attach great importance to the intellectual property literacy lessons education,enrich the ways of intellectual property literacy education,pay attention to intellectual property literacy education assessment and the evaluation of the effect.
