摘　　要：心脏神经官能症(cardiac neurosis,CN)可与器质性心脏病同时发生,为"双心疾病"之一。"心主血脉""心主神明",脾胃之气衰败,气血生化无源或思虑过度,暗耗心血,致心血亏虚,无以充养心神,发为CN。心血亏虚,心神失养是CN发病之本。肝与心为相生关系,肝主疏泄,调畅气机,气行则血行。气畅达,气血调和则心得安;肝气郁滞则心不安。肝主疏泄功能失常,致心神失养是CN发病的重要条件。治疗可以从中医形神一体观出发,疏肝解郁以养其神,益气养血以护其形,以达到同时治疗"血脉之心"和"神明之心"的效果。Cardiac neurosis(CN)can occur simultaneously with organic heart disease,and is one of "two heart diseases". "The heart controls blood vessels". "The heart controls mental activities".If spleen-stomach qi becomes deficient leading to failure to generate qi and blood,or a person worries beyond measure consuming heart blood which is deficient,then the heart cannot be nourished and CN may occur,which is the root cause of CN.Liver and heart are related to each other.Liver is in charge of dispersing,regulating qi movement,smooth qi movement leads to blood circulation.Smooth qi movement and harmonious qi and blood circulation can ensure the heart is peaceful.If liver qi is stagnated,the heart will be uneasy.The liver failing to disperse stagnated qi leading to loss of nourishment of heart and spirit is an important condition occurrence of CN.Therefore,the treatment can be based on the concept of the integration of the body and spirit of traditional Chinese medicine,which can dredge the liver,relieve the depression and nourish the spirit,replenish qi and nourish the blood to protect the shape,so as to achieve the effect of treating "the heart of blood" and "the heart of gods" at the same time.Therefore,the treatment can be based on the concept of the integration of the body and spirit of TCM,can sooth liver-qi stagnation to nourish the spirit,nourish qi and blood to protect the shape,so as to achieve the effect of treating "the heart of blood vessel" and "the heart of spirit" at the same time.
