温肾暖肝散寒降浊法治疗肝寒头痛

摘　　要：肝与头痛关联密切,肝阳虚,肝脉寒凝所致头痛多见。此型头痛患者多为虚寒体质,以寒邪直犯肝经脉络,寒凝肝脉,肝阳被遏,肝脉失于温煦所致。肝寒头痛部位以巅顶、双颞顶为主,每于外感风寒湿邪或进食生冷诱发,得温痛减,伴见脾肾阳虚症状。治宜温肾暖肝散寒、温胃降浊。温肝用药宜柔润不宜燥烈,需兼顾补肝之阴、血,于"阴中求阳"。对于因虚寒所致血瘀头痛,虚实夹杂者,不可一味温补,当攻补兼施,既补益气血之不足,又疏通气血之瘀滞。温补之外,尚需宣通痹阻,疏利气血,祛瘀止痛。滋养与温通并用,通补结合,不足之气血得补,瘀滞之气血得行,则头痛可愈。The liver is closely related to headache,and the headache due to deficiency of liver yang and cold coagulation of liver channel and vessel is commonly seen.This type of headache mostly has deficiency-cold constitution,which is caused by cold pathogenic factors directly invading the channel and vessel of the liver meridian,cold coagulation of liver channel and vessel,stagnation of liver yang and loss of warm of liver channel and vessel.Liver-cold headache is mainly located at the top of the head and the top of the double temporal areas.It is often induced by exogenous wind and cold and dampness or eating cold food,the pain will be reduced when facing warm.It is accompanied by the symptoms of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.The treatment should focus on warming kidney and liver,dispersing cold,warming stomach and reducing turbidity.The medicinals for warming the liver should be softening and moistening rather than drying in order to nourish liver yin and strengthen yang within yin.For the headache caused by blood stasis due to deficiency and cold,it is not allowed to warm and replenish only,but not only to nourish the deficiency of qi and blood and but also to dredge the stagnation of qi and blood.In addition to warming and tonifying,it is necessary to dredge the obstruction of arthralgia,dredge qi and blood,remove blood stasis and relieve pain.Nourishment and warming should be used together,and the combination of dredging and tonifying can nourish insufficient qi and blood,dredge the stagnated qi and blood,and then cure the headache.
