摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:选择室性早搏(气血两虚型)患者132例,随机平行分为对照组与治疗组各66例,对照组予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合弱激光血管外照射治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、24小时总心搏数和早搏总次数、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、血液流变学指标等,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为72.72%,治疗组有效率为89.40%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后,中医证候积分、24小时总心搏数和早搏总次数均较治疗前明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后,血流动力学指标中全血比黏度高切、全血比黏度低切、血浆比黏度、血小板聚焦率、纤维蛋白原、红细胞沉降率均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后,SAS评分和SDS评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显药物不良反应及并发症。结论:桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合弱激光治疗气血两虚型室性早搏,可有效改善临床症状,减少早搏次数,改善血流动力学指标,缓解患者焦虑及抑郁情绪,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Cinnamon Twig Decoction plus Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae in combination with weak laser irradiation outside blood vessels on premature ventricular beats(PVB).Methods:A total of 132 patients with PVB with deficiency of both qi and blood were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 66 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets.The treatment group was treated with Cinnamon Twig Decoction plus Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae combined with weak laser irradiation outside blood vessels on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Then the TCM syndrome score,24-h total cardiac wave number and premature beat number,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score,self rating Depression Scale(SDS) score and hemorheology index before and after the treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 72.72% in the control group and 89.40% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,TCM syndrome score,24-h total cardiac wave number and total premature beat number of each of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences between the two groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the indexes of hemodynamics,such as whole blood specific viscosity high shear,whole blood specific viscosity low shear,plasma specific viscosity,platelet focus rate,fibrinogen and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in each group decreased significantly,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences between the two groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,SAS and SDS scores of either of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and all the difference were statistically signi
