中药内服联合外洗治疗掌跖脓疱病26例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服联合外洗治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效。方法:将48例掌跖脓疱病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组22例和治疗组26例。对照组给予以清热解毒利湿为治疗大法的经验方口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合除湿止痒方外洗治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、瘙痒证候疗效及治疗前后皮损积分变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后4周及治疗后8周,皮损积分均低于本组治疗前,且治疗组皮损积分低于对照组同期治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为86.36%,治疗组有效率为96.15%,两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组瘙痒证候优良率为45.45%,治疗组优良率为84.61%,两组患者优良率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率为9.09%,对照组复发率为66.67%,两组患者复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服联合外洗治疗掌跖脓疱病,可显著改善患者的临床症状,且复发率低。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM for oral administration in combination with external washing on pustulosis palmaris and plantaris.Methods:A total of 48 patients with pustulosis palmaris and plantaris were divided into the control group with 22 cases and the treatment group with 26 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with the empirical formula representing method of clearing heat and toxin and eliminating dampness,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Decoction of Eliminating Dampness and Relieving Itching in combination with external washing on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,itch syndrome effects and the changes of skin lesions score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of skin lesions in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment after 4 weeks and 8 weeks′ treatment;the scores of skin lesions in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group in the same period,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 86.36% in the control group and 96.15% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of itching syndrome in the control group was 45.45%,and that in the treatment group was 84.61%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 9.09% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating pustulosis palmaris and plantaris,TCM for oral administration in combination with external washing can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the recurrence rate is low.
