摘　　要：乡村特质开发是乡村价值显化和吸引城市资源回流的根本途径。新型乡村综合体是秉承城市综合体“功能复合化”的核心思想而由学者引入“三农”研究领域提出来的全新概念,具有运营一体、功能复合、市场主导、政府引导、城乡整合的特征,成为乡村特质重构的主力军和主平台。嘉兴在乡村开发中出现的农业开发区、田园共同体、农旅综合体、创业创新平台、田园小镇等多种新型乡村综合体模式,从基本原则、开发主体、经济模式、空间建设、社会结构重构与价值转化等角度为新型乡村综合体重构乡村特质提供了基本经验。The development of rural characteristics is the fundamental way to manifest rural value and attract urban resources to return to the rural area.The new rural complex,a new conception introduced into the realm of“three rural”study by scholars in accordance with the core concept of“mixed function”of urban complex,has the main characteristics of integrated operation,mixed function,marked-orientedness,government guidance,and integration of the urban and the rural,so it has become the main force and main platform of the reconstruction of rural characteristics.In the rural development of Jiaxing,there are many new models of rural complex such as agricultural development zone,rural community,agricultural tourism complex,entrepreneurship and innovation platform,rural town and so on.They provide basic experience for the reconstruction of rural characteristics of the new rural complex from the perspectives of basic principles,development subjects,economic models,spatial construction,reconstruction of social structure and value transformation.
