湖南师大体育学院学生篮球裁判现状与培养模式分析

摘　　要：体育竞赛活动的顺利开展需要懂得竞赛规则和具有裁判能力的组织者。湖南师范大学体育学院作为湖南省各类体育人才培养的摇篮,多年来为社会输送了大量合格的体育裁判员,其中数量最多,社会需求量最大的是篮球裁判员。本文基于实地调查,对存在的问题进行了总结与改进,旨在为推进湖南省篮球裁判队伍业务素质整体的提高与建设提出合理化建议。The successful development of sports competition requires the organizer who knows the competition rules and has the ability to judge.Hunan normal university sports academy as the cradle of talent training of all kinds of sports in Hunan province,over the years has prepared a large number of qualif ied sports referees for the society,of which t he largest n umber,social demand,is t he basketball r eferee,based on t he investigation,t his r esearch on t he problems summary and improvement,aimed at promoting Hunan province basketball referee of the overall quality improving and construction rationalization proposal.
