社会体育指导与管理专业实践环节的优化研究

摘　　要：高校社会体育指导与管理专业有很强的应用性,所培养的人才面向社会体育事业所提供的服务非常广泛且组织管理上比较复杂,因此要求本专业学生能够掌握包括经营管理以及健身指导在内的多个方面的实践能力。而且在今天的高校教学中,教师的目的在于培养新时代所需要的新型人才,而不是单纯对于理论知识做研究的考试机器。所以想要做到这一点,培养新时代的新兴人才就必须注重对于学生实践教学的研究。将理论与实践教学相互配合,在实践中检验知识巩固技能,同时深化能力。实践对于社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养的重要意义是非常显著。在新时代的教学过程中必须要强调实践的重要性,学生如果只是单纯地对于理论知识学习研究的话,那么他们大学4年的学习对于他们今后的社会工作都没有太大的帮助,如何能够优化他们的实践能力,提升学生的综合素养,成为新时代所需要的人才,这是每一个新时代教师所需要去考虑的一点。The major of social sports guidance and management in Colleges and universities has a strong applicability.The service provided by the trained talents for social sports is very extensive and the organization and management are relatively complex.Therefore,the students of this major are required to master the practical ability in many aspects,including management and f itness guidance.And in today's college teaching,the purpose of teachers is to cultivate the new talents needed in the new era,rather than just the examination machine for theoretical knowledge research.So if we want to do t his,we must pay attention to t he research of students'practical teaching to cultivate new t alents in the new era.We should coordinate theory with practice teaching,test knowledge and consolidate skills in practice,and deepen a bility a t the s ame time.Practice is of g reat s ignif icance to the cultivation of s ocial s ports g uidance a nd management professionals.In the teaching process of the new era,we must emphasize the importance of practice.If students only study theoretical knowledge,their four-year study in university will not help their social work in the future.How can they optimize their practical ability,improve their comprehensive quality and become the talents needed in the new era?This is every one of them what teachers need to consider in the new era.
