米-XX系列直升机下垂离心限动器故障分析

摘　　要：本文介绍了米-XX系列直升机旋翼桨毂弓形夹上装用的下垂离心限动器结构构成、工作原理,限动器在低转速情况下可能出现的不能收放自如的故障现象和成因。通过对此故障原因进行分析,发现该故障与限动器的限动块轴等零件的工作状态、螺纹预紧力矩,限动器工作环境、维护情况等有密切关系,并针对该故障产生的机理提出了维护和修理建议。This paper presents the structure and working principles of centrifugal droop stops mounted on the rotor blade grips of MiG-XX series helicopter. Fault appears when rotor blades rotate at a low speed, causing the centrifugal droop stops to fail to adjust automatically. The analysis of the cause of this fault reveals that it is closely related to the operating state of the shaft and other parts of droop stops, bolt preload, working environment of droop stops, maintenance situation, etc. Suggestions are given for repair and maintenance based on the mechanism of the fault.
