摘  要:[目的]对成都航空职业技术学院大学生进行在线调研,以期提高图书馆开展阅读推广活动的服务质量。[方法]利用问卷调查了解成都航空职业技术学院大学生是否关注图书馆微信公众号、阅读喜好和阅读建议,并对统计结果进行分析。[结果]大学生关注图书馆微信公众号比例偏低,阅读时间主要集中在中午和下午以及晚上休息的零碎时间段,每篇推文阅读时长在5分钟以内,微信公众号存在推文质量不高、与读者互动性不强和微信菜单布局不太合理等问题。[结论]建议增强图书馆微信公众号宣传力度,提高推文质量,增加互动活动。This paper conducts online research on college students of Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic in order to improve service quality of the library during reading promotion activities. Questionnaire survey is employed to understand whether students of Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic have subscribed to the official account of the library on WeChat, what their reading preferences are, and what reading suggestions they have. The statistical results are analyzed, which shows that the proportion of college students subscribing to the official account of college library on WeChat is rather small, their reading mainly concentrated in fragmentary spare time at noon, in the afternoon and in the evening. In addition, other problems also exist regarding the official account of the library, such as each presented article for reading being less than 5 minutes and with dissatisfying quality, lack of interaction with the readers, and unreasonable layout of the WeChat menu. It is suggested hereby that we promote the publicity of the official account of college library on WeChat, improve the quality of the articles, and increase the interactive activities.
