军民融合背景下成都通航产业人才培养现状分析

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,军民融合背景下成都通航产业人才培养的研究与实践已经起步,为探索并提出军民融合背景下成都通航产业人才培养切实可行的对策与方案,通过调查研究与文献研究相结合,明晰了军民融合背景下成都通航产业人才培养现状,找出了军民融合背景下成都通航产业人才培养存在的问题,并探析了存在问题的原因。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and the research and practice of talent training in Chengdu general aviation industry under the background of civil-military integration has just started. In order to put forward feasible countermeasures and plans, this paper achieves, through the combination of investigation and literature research, a preliminary understanding of the present situation of talent training in Chengdu general aviation industry under the background of civil-military integration. This paper also finds out the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in Chengdu general aviation industry under the background of civil-military integration, and probes into the causes of the existing problems.
