摘  要:棉织物在二甲基亚砜/四氯乙烯(DMSO/PCE)染色体系中用C.I.活性红48染色,探讨了低碱冷冻预处理温度、时间和碱质量分数对上染率、固色率和织物强力的影响,同时研究了染色时棉织物上水和碱含量在纤维相和溶剂相分布的变化对染料上染率和固色率的影响。结果表明:低碱冷冻预处理能够提高棉纤维的可及度;经最佳条件(氢氧化钠质量分数8%、温度-10°C、冷冻2h)预处理的棉织物在DMSO/PCE体系中水和碳酸钠的含量均有不同程度的提高,C.I.活性红48上染率变化不大,固色率提高约3%,经、纬向撕破强力相比于未处理棉织物分别提高45%和20%。Cotton fabric is dyed with C.I.Reactive Red 48 in DMSO/PCE system.The effects of temperature,time and alkali concentration during low alkali freezing pretreatment of cotton fabric on the reactive dye exhaustion and fixation yield of C.I.Reactive Red 48 and fabric strength in DMSO/PCE system are explored.The distributi on of the water and alkali on the pretreated fabric in the fiber phase and solve nt phase during dyeing is also determined and its effect on the dyeing performance is discussed.The results indicate that low alkali freezing pretreatment can improve the accessibility of cotton fiber.Under the optimal conditions(sodium hydroxide concentration 8%,temperature-10°C,freezing for 2 h),the contents of water and sodium carbonate of the pretreated fabric in DMSO/PCE dyeing system are all higher than those of untreated fabric.The dye exhaustion of treated fabric nearly keeps the same,but the fixation yield is increased by about 3%,warp and weft tear strengths are increased by 45%and 20%respectively comparing with those of the untreated fabric.
