摘 要:为探究染整加工对涤纶导电丝导电性能及力学性能的影响,将涤纶导电丝分别放入酸、碱、氧化剂和还原剂中进行处理,考察处理剂浓度、处理时间、处理温度对涤纶导电丝静电电压和断裂强力的影响。结果表明:在酸性、碱性与氧化剂的作用下,涤纶导电丝的导电性能与强力均有所降低;在还原剂的作用下,涤纶导电丝的导电性能降低,强力变化较小。In order to explore the influence of dyeing and finishing process on the conductivity and mechanical properties of PET conductive yarn,PET conductive yarn is treated with acid,alkali,oxidant and reductant respectively,and the effects of the treatment age nt concen trati on,treatme nt time and temperature on the static voltage and breaking strength of PET conductive yarn are investigated.The results show that under the action of acid,alkali and oxidant,the conductivity and strength of PET conductive yarn are decreased,while under the action of reductant,the conductivity of PET conductive yarn is decreased,and the change of strength is small.
