摘 要:为了研究不同钠盐胁迫对松柳种子萌发及幼苗生长影响,采用0~400 mmol/L的NaCl、0~100 mmol/L的Na2CO3和0~100 mmol/L的NaHCO3溶液处理松柳(Lathyrus quinquenervius)种子,每种溶液设置6个浓度梯度,以此研究盐胁迫对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明:NaCl浓度在0~100 mmol/L时对种子发芽的各项指标影响不明显,在浓度大于200 mmol/L时,显著降低了种子发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,盐害率显著升高;Na2CO3溶液在所有浓度下均显著降低种子发芽指标,盐害率显著升高,仅在2 mmol/L时未影响种子发芽率;NaHCO3溶液在浓度为0~20 mmol/L时对种子发芽的各项指标无显著影响,而浓度>20 mmol/L后,对种子的发芽势、发芽指数、耐盐指数均产生显著抑制,浓度100 mmol/L时,盐害率显著升高。三种盐胁迫对苗高生长均表现为低浓度显著促进,高浓度显著抑制,NaCl和Na2CO3对胚根生长表现为低浓度无显著影响而高浓度显著抑制,NaHCO3对胚根生长以及三种盐对胚芽生长则始终呈抑制作用。In order to study the effect of different sodium salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Lathyrus quinquenervius,solutions of 0~400 mmol/L of NaCl,0~100 mmol/L of Na2CO3 and 0~100 mmol/L of NaHCO3 were used to treat seeds of Lathyrus quinquenervius(each type of solution had 6 types of concentration)to investigate the effects of salt stress on its germination and seedling growth.The results indicated that NaCl solution with the concentration of 0~100 mmol/L did not affect all of the germination indices,while it significantly decreased the germination rate(GR),relative germination rate(RGR),germination potential(GP)and germination index(GI)when its concentration was higher than 200 mmol/L,and it significantly increased the relative salt injury rate(RSI)Na2CO3 solution with all concentrations significantly decreased all types of germination indices and increased the RSI except for 2 mmol/L,with which concentration,the Na2CO3 solution did not affect the GR.NaHCO3 solution with the concentration of 0~20 mmol/L did not affect all the germination indices,while it significantly decreased the GR,GI and salt tolerance index(STI)when its concentration was higher than 20 mmol/L,in addition,the RSI of seeds exhibited significant increases when the concentration reached 100 mmol/L.All types of salt stress exhibited significant accelerating effects on the shoot height at lower concentration while it turned to significant inhibiting effects at higher concentration,Na Cl and Na2CO3 solutions exhibited no significant effects on the radicle growth at lower concentration while it turned to significant inhibiting effects at higher concentration;NaHCO3 solutions exhibited inhibitory effect on radical growth,while all the 3 types of salt solution exhibited inhibitory effects on the growth of germ.
