摘  要:采用完全随机区组试验设计,研究了3个母株树龄(10a,25a,35a)、4种扦插基质(河沙,珍珠岩,河沙:草炭=1:1,河沙:草炭:珍珠岩=1:1:1)、4种生长调节剂种类(ABT-1,IBA,NAA,IBA:NAA=2:1)和5个生长调节剂浓度(50 mg/L,100 mg/L,200 mg/L,500 mg/L,1000 mg/L)对‘蓝塔’扦插生根的影响。结果表明:生长调节剂种类以IBA:NAA=2:1为最佳处理,且隶属函数评价表明,25个处理组合中1000 mg/L IBA:NAA=2:1速蘸10 s生根效果最好。基质以珍珠岩效果最佳,母株树龄对插穗生根影响不显著。综上所述,‘蓝塔’圆柏扦插应以珍珠岩为基质,并用1000 mg/L IBA:NAA=2:1速蘸10 s。该研究初步解决‘蓝塔’扦插生根率低的问题,为‘蓝塔’快速扩繁提供了参考。Using completely randomized block designs to study the cutting technology of Sabina chinensis’Lanta’.Three age class stock plants(10-year-old,25-year-old and 30-year-old),four rooting mediums(river sand,perlite,river sand:grass charcoal=1:1,river sand:grass charcoal:perlite=1:1:1),four plant growth regulator types(ABT-1,IBA,NAA,IBA:NAA=2:1)and five plant growth regulator concentrations(50 mg/L,100 mg/L,200 mg/L,500 mg/L,1000 mg/L)were studied.The results showed that IBA:NAA=2:1 is the best regulators.Subordinate function analysis showed that,among the 25 treatment combinations,1000 mg/L IBA:NAA=2:1 soaked for 10 s is the optimal treatment for rooting of Sabina chinensis’Lanta’.Among the four rooting mediums,perlite is the best for rooting effects,and there is no significant difference in the rooting effects of the stock plants age.Therefore,the treatment of pure perlite with 1000 mg/L IBA:NAA=2:1 soaked for 10 s was recommended for cutting propagation of Sabina chinensis’Lanta’.Results above preliminarily solved the problem of low rooting rate of Sabina chinensis’Lanta’cuttings,and would be a reference for the rapid propagation of Sabina chinensis’Lanta’.
