健骨丸联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健骨丸联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者糖代谢水平及骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法:将120例2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者按照随机数字表法分为两组各60例,对照组给予阿法骨化醇软胶囊,治疗组加用健骨丸,连续治疗6个月后,对比两组各指标变化情况。结果:治疗后两组HbA1c、2hPG、FPG水平均降低,(P<0.05),但两组HbA1c、2hPG、FPG水平组间比较无显著差异(P﹥0.05);两组治疗后PTH水平、U-Ca水平均降低血Ca水平提高(P﹤0.05),但治疗组治疗后PTH水平、U-Ca水平均显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:健骨丸联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者的糖代谢水平无明显影响,但能够降低患者的骨代谢水平,改善钙磷代谢水平,减少尿钙的排泄。Objective:To observe the effect of Jiangu pill and alfacalcidol soft capsule on sugar metabolism level and bone metabolic biochemical markers of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by osteoporosis.Methods:120 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alfacalcidol soft capsule,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jiangu pill on the basis of control group.After 6 months of continuous treatment,the changes of blood sugar and bone metabolic biochemical markers of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of HbA1c,2hPG and FPG were lowered in both groups(P﹤0.05),but compared the levels of HbA1c,2hPG and FPG between treatment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹥0.05).After treatment,the therapeutic schemes of two groups could reduce the levels of PTH and U-Ca,and enhance the level of blood Ca(P﹤0.05),but the levels of PTH and U-Ca of treatment group were all significantly lower than those of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Jiangu pill and alfacalcidol soft capsule have no obvious effect on sugar metabolism level of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by osteoporosis,but can lower bone metabolic level of patients,improve the level of calcium-phosphorus metabolism,and reduce urinary calcium excretion.
