中成药喜炎平雾化吸入治疗EB病毒抗体阳性鼻咽炎患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中成药喜炎平雾化吸入治疗爱泼斯坦-巴尔(EB)病毒抗体阳性鼻咽炎患者的疗效。方法200例EB病毒抗体阳性鼻咽炎患者,采用简单随机方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者采用生理盐水进行雾化吸入治疗,观察组患者采用中成药喜炎平雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)量表评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为75.0%,显著高于对照组的25.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的SNOT-20量表评分(10.56±0.57)分低于对照组的(21.17±0.21)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中成药喜炎平雾化吸入治疗EB病毒抗体阳性鼻咽炎患者疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the efficacy of aerosol inhalation of Chinese patent medicine Xiyanping for the treatment of Epstein-Barr(EB)virus antibody positive nasopharyngitis.Methods A total of 200 patients with EB virus antibody positive nasopharyngitis were divided into treatment group and control group by simple random method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received aerosol inhalation of normal saline,and the observation group received aerosol inhalation of Chinese patent medicine Xiyanping.The clinical efficacy,sino-nasal outcome test-20(SNOT-20)scale score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 75.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 25.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SNOT-20 scale score of the observation group(10.56±0.57)points was lower than that of the control group(21.17±0.21)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of Chinese patent medicine Xiyanping shows remarkable efficacy for the treatment of EB virus antibody positive nasopharyngitis,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
