摘  要:硼中子俘获治疗(BNCT)是一种安全的二元靶向放疗技术,是脑胶质瘤、黑色素瘤的极佳治疗手段,同时对复发性脖颈癌、肝转移癌等有良好的治疗响应.基于加速器的硼中子俘获治疗(AB-BNCT)具有靶向精确、副作用低、适应性广、体积较小、费用合理、一次性解决等优点.BNCT治疗需要的中子由加速器输出的质子束打锂(或铍)靶产生,经过慢化达到治疗需要的能量.BNCT作为医疗设备,其可靠性、稳定性、易运行和维护至关重要.文章主要介绍中国科学院高能物理研究所第一台BNCT加速器D-BNCT01的设计和调试,目前,加速器的打靶束流功率已大于1 kW.同时简要介绍下一台加速器D-BNCT02的设计理念.Boron Neutron Capture therapy(BNCT)is a safe and dual targeted radiotherapy technology,it offers a very satisfactory therapeutic effects for the treatment of malignant brain tumor and melanoma as well as a good response for the treatment of head-neck cancer,hepatic metastasis and so on.Accelerator-based boron neutron capture therapy(BA-BNCT)is of the advantage of precisely targeting,low side-effect,wide adaptability,small size,reasonable cost,and once for all,etc.The neutrons for the therapy is firstly produced by via of the proton beams bombarding on a lithium(or Beryllium)target and then moderated to a proper energy.As a therapy facility,it is critically important for BNCT on its reliability,stability,perform-ability and maintainability.In this paper,the designing and commissioning of D-BNCT01 accelerator,which is the first accelerator dedicated to BNCT in our institute,is introduced.At present,the target beam power from the accelerator is larger than 1 kW.The designing philosophy and considerations for the second accelerator named as D-BNCT02 for BNCT is also briefly introduced.
