摘　　要：通州区城市副中心的建设对物流产业发展提出了更高的要求,文中详细分析了目前该区域的物流服务特征,特别是民生物流服务需要,并结合区域发展实际,以推动区域高质量发展为目标,提出了包括模式创新、智慧物流技术应用等方面的政策建议。The construction of Tongzhou City Sub-center puts forward higher requirements for the development of the logistics industry. This article analyzes the current characteristics of the logistics services in the region,especially the demand for people’s livelihood logistics services,and combines the actual conditions of regional development,aiming at promoting regional high-quality development,and puts forward policy suggestions including model innovation,application of intelligent logistics technology,etc.
