摘 要:为了解决生鲜农产品在同城配送中所面临的配送方式选择的问题,文中采用AHP层次分析法建立多层次分析模型,对共同配送、第三方配送、自有车辆配送这三种配送方式做出选择。先通过专家访谈法确定配送方式的影响指标,并对这些指标两两比较,求出各个指标的权重,根据综合权重确定哪个配送方式最佳。在此基础上用此方法对南昌市A公司配送方式选择的问题进行分析,得出结论:对A公司来说,第三方配送优于自有车辆配送、自有车辆配送优于共同配送模式。In order to solve how to distribute fresh agricultural products in the same city,we establish a multi-level analysis model with AHP to identify three distribution methods: joint distribution,third-party distribution and self-owned vehicle distribution in this paper. Firstly,the indexes for evaluating different delivery method are determined by experts’ opinion.And then the weights of each index are calculated by inter-comparison of each two indexes. According to the comprehensive weights,the best delivery method is determined. On this basis,we analyze how to select delivery method for their fresh agricultural products A company in Nanchang City,and draws the conclusion: for A company,the third-party distribution is better than the own vehicle distribution,and the own vehicle distribution is better than the joint distribution mode.
