摘 要:高校目标管理理念提出后被各大高校广泛关注,许多高校也在各自学校发展的规划中实施了目标管理模式,根据不同的工作性质,目标管理指标体系的侧重点也有所不同。文章以CZ学院现行目标管理中师资队伍建设工作为例,在现有青年教师队伍建设阶段独立性的基础上,提出以青年教师职业发展生涯为整体规划的系统性培养和目标管理模式,鼓励青年教师积极主动谋求自身发展,提高青年教师师德修养,进而推动学校高层次人才队伍建设,促进学校师资队伍结构优化发展。The concept of objective management in colleges and universities have been proposed,received wide attention from colleges and universities,many colleges and universities to implement the management by objective pattern in their school development planning,according to the different nature of work,the emphasis of the index system of management by objectives is also different.This paper takes the construction of teaching staff in the current target management of CZ college as an example,based on young teachers team construction is the stage of independence,offered to young teachers'professional development career for the overall planning of systemic training and target management mode,to encourage young teachers actively seeking their own development,improve the young teacher's moral cultivation,thus promote the school construction of high-level talent team,promote the development of school teachers structure optimization.
