摘 要:以准能选煤厂一系统煤泥水为研究对象,分析了煤泥水特性,进行了粘土矿物含量、水体pH和煤泥水与药剂混合时间等因素对沉降的影响试验;结果表明:一系统煤泥水中小于0.074 mm粒级含量为81.86%,水质硬度为0.954 mmol/L,煤泥矿物组成主要有高岭石、蒙脱石等粘土矿物,不利于煤泥水沉降;该煤泥水更易在中性或偏酸性环境下发生沉降;粘土矿物含量越高,上清液浊度越高,初始沉降速度越低,沉降越困难;将试验容器翻转10次,为煤泥水与药剂的最佳混合时间。In this thesis,the slime water of the I system of Zhunneng Coal Preparation Plant was taken as the research object,the characteristics of the slime water were analyzed,and the effects of clay mineral content,water pH and mixing time of slime water and reagent on the settlement were tested.The test results show that the particle size content of the system slime water less than 0.074 mm is 81.86%,and the water hardness is 0.954 mmol/L.The slime minerals are mainly composed of kaolinite,montmorillonite and other clay minerals,which is not conducive to the settlement of slime water.The slime water is more likely to settle in a neutral or acidic environment.The higher the clay mineral content,the higher the turbidity of the supernatant,and the lower the initial sedimentation rate,the sedimentation is more difficult.Turning the test container 10 times is the best mixing time for slime water and chemicals.
