摘　　要：介绍了YT系列智能数控跳汰机的结构、设计理念、技术性能及应用效果;重点阐述了整合于一机的三项专利:采用复合空气室、摆动式悬叶风阀、悬挂式排料叶轮装置以及智能化自动控制程序。This thesis introduces the structure,design concept,technical performance and application effect of YT series intelligent numerical control jig.This thesis focuses on the three patents integrated into one machine,including the adoption of compound air chamber;swing type suspended vane air valve and suspended discharge impeller device,and expounds the intelligent automatic control program.
