摘　　要：法匹拉韦是一种广谱抗RNA病毒药物。本文概述了法匹拉韦的发展历程及专利态势,并在检索、整理、分析和归纳相关专利的基础上,主要围绕法匹拉韦结构改进、制剂设计、制备工艺优化以及药物新用途等方面进一步阐述了法匹拉韦专利技术发展情况,为其后续的研发与临床应用提供参考依据。Favipiravir is a broad-spectrum anti-RNA virus drug. This paper summarizes the development process and patent situation of Fapiravir. On the basis of searching, sorting, analyzing and summarizing related patents, we elaborate the patent technology development of Fapiravir mainly on the aspects of the structure improvement of Fapiravir, formulation design, preparation process optimization and new medicinal use. We hope this article can provide reference for the subsequent research and clinical application of Fapiravir.
