淮海经济区融合互动发展时空分析

摘　　要：从经济增长互动、产业分工合作、公共服务共享以及生态环境协调四个方面构建区域融合发展综合评价指标体系与区域空间互动模型,以淮海经济区20个地市为基本单元,2005和2016年为时间截面,对其融合互动发展水平进行测度,探讨其时空演变特征。结果发现:(1)淮海经济区融合发展各项指数均呈提升趋势,且四大区域融合发展差异较为显著,基本呈现苏北>鲁南>豫东>皖北的发展格局,发展综合值较低是导致融合发展水平滞后的主要因素;(2)淮海经济区各地市融合发展类型以较好和初级融合发展为主,优质融合城市数量较少;(3)各地市间互动联系不断增强,辐射和集聚能力日益提升,空间多中心结构初现,区域一体化进程逐步加快。The comprehensive evaluation index system and spatial interaction model of regional integration and interactive development level were constructed from the aspects of economic growth interaction, industrial division of labor cooperation, public service sharing, and coordination of ecological environment, taking 20 prefectures and cities in Huaihai Economic Zone as the basic unit, take the time section for 2005 and 2016, measure the level of integration and development of Huaihai Economic Zone and explore the characteristics of its spatial and temporal evolution. The results showed that:(1) Each index of the interactive development of Huaihai Economic Zone showed an upward trend, and the difference in the integration and interaction between the four major regions within the region was significant, and basically showed the development pattern of Northern Jiangsu > Southern Shandong > Eastern Henan >Northern Anhui. The lower integrated development value is the main factor that leads to the lagging level of integration of interactive development;(2) The types of integrated development of cities and towns in Huaihai Economic Zone are dominated by better and primary integration of interactive cities, and the number of high quality coordination cities is relatively small;(3) The interaction between cities in the Huaihai Economic Zone continues to increase, radiation and agglomeration capabilities increase,space multi-center structures emerge and regional integration continues to accelerate.
