半焦在包钢高炉喷吹工艺中的应用研究

摘　　要：通过开展半焦在包钢高炉喷吹工艺中的试验研究,将半焦和烟煤按照一定比例进行配合,发挥各自性能优势,使混合喷吹煤粉适合高炉喷吹需求。研究结果表明,利用半焦资源,不仅能够降低包钢炼铁系统生产成本,还可减少焦炭使用量,有利于生态环境保护。Through experimental research of semi-coke injection process for Baotousteel blast furnace,the semi-coke and bituminous coal will be blended according to a proportion to give full play to each performance advantage so that the pulverized coal can meet the requirement for PCI into the BF.The result of the study demonstrates that using the semi-coke can not only minimize the operating cost,but also reduce coke consumption and protect the ecological environment as well.
