摘　　要：WSA制酸装置投产后,受堵塞、腐蚀等因素影响,系统稳定运行周期短,硫酸产品产量低,企业环保压力巨大。通过优化脱硫液净化工艺,改进原料酸汽气液分离工艺,优化过程气保温措施,改造锅炉给水系统,系统开工率由78%提高至97%以上,硫酸产品收率由0.19%提高至0.23%,实现了WSA制酸长周期稳定运行。The WSA acid-making unit would be apt to short stable operation,low quality of sulphuric acid product and huge pressure of strict environmental requirement due to blockage and corrosion,etc..Through optimization of desulfurizer liquid purification,upgrading of gas-liquid separation in feed gas,optimization of process gas thermal insulation and modification on the boiler feed water system,the operating rate of the system can increase from 78%to 97%plus,the recovery rate of sulfuric acid product can increase from 0.19%to 0.23%so as to realize stable operation of longprocess WSA acid-making.
